Evangelist Freddie Coile went home to be with Jesus around 2 AM Sunday morning. Since there is no night in Heaven, we will all get there on the same day. Psa 16:11 "Thou wilt shew me the path of life: in thy presence is fullness of joy; at thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore." Six times in the Old Testament, the scriptures use the phrase, "Gathered unto his people". As the Lord promised, in His presence there is "NOW FULLNESS of JOY" and "PLEASURES FOREVER MORE." Your prayers were heard and Freddie was eternally healed. Death is our constant reminder concerning the VALUE of LIFE. Let it teach us to number our days and apply our hearts to wisdom. I first met Freddie in Comer, Georgia when he was a teenager. I watched him grow into a strong young warrior for Christ over the years. In 1991, he told me he wanted to be a traveling evangelist. We supported his ministry for these last 33 years. He was my main camp speaker for all of my camps in Georgia, Alabama, and Florida. He could do it all. I had him as our keynote speaker at everyone of our Mission Conferences. He was true in doctrine, faithful in his gospel presentation, and solid in his personal testimony. Besides preaching around the country, he was the elder at the Northside Baptist church in Athens, Georgia, built Grace Farm Campgrounds to continue reaching teenagers, and managed to raise a tremendous family that not only knows the Lord, but loves the Lord's work as well.
