 My Speaking Update for September

Dr. Richard Whitmire, president of the Grace Biblical Seminary in McDonough, Ga. Hosted the Grace Conference on Sept. 6-7, 2022.

Ted Horton came from Calvary Community Church of Tampa when Dr. Hank Lindstrom was pastor. He has made it possible for me to preach at his church (Life Gate Baptist Church) in Arab, Alabama Oct. 23, 2022.

Hal Haller been a faithful rock-solid teacher of the Word of God for 50 years. He has taught many students in the Free Grace position. For you that do not know, Hall plays a mean lead guitar and knows all the old ranch songs.

Dr. Mike Halsey was one of the speakers at the Grace Conference. I have known him for many years, but this was my first time to hear him speak. Michael Halsey teaches at the Hangar Bible Fellowship in Locust Grove, GA. He is one of the founders of Grace Biblical Seminary. He serves as chancellor and professor of Biblical and Systematic theology.

I believe everyone who attended the Florida Bible College in Miami and Hollywood remembers Tommy Davis. We sure have put on a lot of miles since Grove Community Church, but Moses didn’t start until he was 80.

It was great to meet Greg and Judy Sirmons who are here in America updating their missionary work in France. They are representatives for the Calvary Community Church in Tampa.

This is a young lady that I led to the Lord at Dick’s Sporting Goods Store in Fayetteville, Georgia. Her name was Sydney.

No, I don’t remember who he is. I had to have a picture of his shirt. As soon as I get a shape like that, I’m goin to get me a shirt. Not anytime soon.

A really old-time friend,   Bill Vestal  and Pastor Steven of the Fayette Bible Church on the McDonough Road in Fayetteville Georgia. This was my second time to preach at this Free Grace church.

Bill says that the WCYR Family (West Coast Youth Ranch) is meeting this October 1, 2022, in St. Petersburg. Registration begins at 9:00 a.m. with Doughnuts, Bagels and Coffee! 9:00 a.m.

We were privileged to stay in the home of Matthew and Kim Brown. Matt is the brother of Michael Brown. Michael trusted the Lord from watching my YouTube videos, then led Matt to the Lord, and they led Kim to the Lord, and all three worked on their dad until he trusted the Lord. Now, daddy and his two sons are firebrands for the clear gospel of Grace.

Some Family Time in Georgia

For those in the family that knows how to play golf with those in the family that doesn’t know how to play golf, TOPGOLF is the way to go. Betty, who is 80 years old, hit her first golf ball. It was a blast spending time with my two kids (Trina and Eddie) and two grandkids (Jordan and Abby).  

We were able to spend time with Michael, (my grandson) and his wife, Jessica,

and their daughter, Farrah. She is my 4-year-old great granddaughter.

I had to teach her how to color within the lines.This is for my mental therapy.

This morning when Betty and I woke-up, she said, “How old was I when I went Zip-lining in Belize?” I said, “70” She said, “Since I went Kayaking at 80, what do you think I will do when I turn 90?” I said, “Skydiving, I suppose!” Would ya’ll please pray for me.

I am now working on next years preaching tour. Yankee
