Pastor Jim Mucerino had a great Mother's Day service. I truly love spending precious time with Jim and Robin in Bemidji. They have full hook-up for my motor-home beside the church. His church is on the GROW! I preached five messages.

Look who came all the way from Miss to take me fishing. Well really. Craig and Christi are moving to Minn.

 

Can you believe I caught this monster bass two weeks before season and had to throw it back. Well, it will be bigger next year.

Pastor Lance Edminster and his wife, Karla has the excitement of a new church with new families coming and souls being saved. Lance is my grandson in the Lord.

It was great to see the wife, Margie Younce, of Max Younce. He was a graduate of Florida Bible College and started several churches. He passed away and now Margie has moved to Grand Rapids, Minn. to be closer to Grace Gospel Church. She is 89 years old.

 I was privileged to speak for Pastor Daniel Reehoff at the DaySpring Baptist Church in Pewaukee, WI.

He allowed me the opportunity to speak at the Simple Steps Program on Friday night and the Memorial Day Service Sunday morning. There was a great crowd.

 

Would you believe I pull my back muscles late Sunday afternoon about a 100 ft from the back of the motor home? I could not move, not one step, and I stood there in excruciating pain with the threat of thunderclouds about to break. Betty happened to look back to see me hanging on to a small tree limb to keep from falling. Betty was recovering from a heart attack and was totally unable to help me move my feet.  She called Dan & Aimee Reehoff and they came immediately. They got me into the motor home just before the rain fell.  This time, she called 911. It took 4 of them to put me into the ambulance. Praise the Lord for good hospitals, doctors, nurses, and pain medicines.

 

I don't know what we would have done without Dan and Aimee. He is also a keynote speaker at the upcoming Grace Conference at the Quentin Road Baptist Church in Lake Zurich, Illinois. Two days later, I was driving on my way to Michigan.
